Mr. Bobby Lee Taylor

LAKELAND - Mr. Bobby Lee Taylor, 63, passed away Saturday, August 22, 2015 in Lakeland, FL. Bobby was born June 23, 1952 in Bartow, FL, and moved to Lakeland from Fort Meade in 1996. He was a welder for McDonald Construction for over 30 years, and of the Pentecostal faith.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Danielle Lynn Swafford, and sisters, Tina Taylor, Toni Taylor and Tenverlee Taylor.
Bobby is survived his his sons, Shawn Lee Collier and wife Carrie, Grand Island, FL, Jason Lee Taylor and wife Dannielle, Mt. Dora, FL, Thomas Perry Taylor and wife Anna, Martinsville, IN; daughters, Charlotte Leann Gavin, Lakeland, FL, Crystal Marie Gilbert, Mt. Dora, FL; mother, Alberta Bobbitt Sparks, Fort Meade, FL; father, Morgan Lee Taylor, Friendship, OH; brothers, Andy Sparks, Fort Meade, FL, Morgan Junior Taylor, Fitzgerald, GA, Nathaniel Taylor Knoxville, TN; sisters, Judith Hancock and Angela Thorton, both of Fort Meade, FL, Pamela Hopper, Winter Haven, FL, Danielle Taylor, Knoxville, TN, and eight grandchildren.
Visitation will be held 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, August 26, 2015 at Hancock Funeral Home, 945 E. Broadway, Fort Meade, FL. Funeral services will be held 10:30 a.m., Thursday, August 27, 2015 in the Hancock Funeral Home chapel. Interment will follow in Homeland Cemetery, Homeland, FL.
