Charlene (Haney) Gilmore

FORT MEADE - Mrs. Charlene W. (Haney) Gilmore, 51, passed away Tues., May 3, 2011 at Shands Hospital at the University of Florida. Mrs. Gilmore was born in Frostproof, FL and moved to Fort Meade in 1999. She was a homemaker and attended the New Beginning Church of God, Fort Meade. Among her faith, her favorite Bible verse was John 14:1-3. Mrs. Gilmore was preceded in death by her father, Rev. Charles E. Wilbanks. She is survived by her husband, Alan W. (Spanky) Gilmore, Fort Meade, FL; mother, Pearl Wilbanks Wrathell and husband Robert, Fitzgerald, GA; brother, Edward Wilbanks and wife Janice, Holopaw, FL; sisters, Wanda Pelton and husband Charles and Darlene Richmond and husband Del, all of Holopaw, FL; and several nieces and nephews. Visitiation will be held 9:00am-11:00am, Sat., May 7, 2011 at Hancock Funeral Home, Fort Meade. Funeral services will follow at the funeral home chapel at 11:00am with Rev.
