Evelyn Moon Ebert

WINTER HAVEN - Mrs. Evelyn Moon Ebert, 91, passed away Mon., June 6, 2011 in Sebring, FL. Mrs. Ebert was born June 14, 1919 in Bereah, Kentucky and moved to Winter Haven from Lakes Wales in 2001. Mrs. Ebert was a nursing assistant for Walker Memorial Hospital in Avon Park. She was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Winter Haven, FL. Mrs. Ebert was preceded in death by her husband, William L. Moon. She is survived by her daughter, Gayle Matheson, Winter Haven, FL; son, Mark Lakes, Winter Haven, FL; brother, Albert Lakes, Hillsboro, OH; grandson, Michael Barnett, Sebring, FL, best friend, Carolyn Gilman, Lake Wales, FL and several nieces and nephews.
