ZOLFO SPRINGS - Mr. Hubert Earl "Peck" Harrell, 82, passed away Monday, December 21, 2015 in Sebring, FL. Mr. Harrell was born October 17, 1933 in Geneva County, AL, and moved to Zolfo Springs in 2000 after being a resident of Panama City for many years. He was a retired civil service engineer at Tyndall Air Force Base in Panama City, a U.S. Army Korean War veteran, and a very active member of Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church in Fort Meade.
Mr. Harrell is survived by his loving wife, Zelda Adams Harrell, Zolfo Springs, FL; son, Stephen Harrell, Zolfo Springs, FL; daughter, Rebecca Harrell Turner and husband Jason, Mobile, AL; brother, Vern Harrell, Lake Wales, FL; sister, Betty Burch, Panama City, FL; grandchildren, Mark Harrell, Katie Harrell, Bailey Harrell, Elise Bailey; great-grandchildren, Kyra Bailey and Mia Bailey.
