FORT MEADE - Mrs. Martha Louise Williamson, 92, passed away Thursday, Dec. 19, 2013 in Bartow, FL. Mrs. Williamson was born June 29, 1921 in Thomas County, GA, and moved to Fort Meade at a very young age with her parents, Jesse and Sarah Monk Creach. She lived nearly her whole life in Fort Meade, where she was a caregiver and member of Cornerstone Church of God. Mrs. Williamson had a very big and kind heart, and helped feed and clothe anyone who she saw needed assistance. Her main goal in life was to help others. Mrs. Williamson's life lessons, kind and gentle spirit were formed by her faith in God as she grew spiritually day by day in God's Word, teaching herself to read and write by learning to read the Bible. Mrs. Williamson was preceded in death by her husband, Roy L. Williamson; brothers, Ivory Creach, W.C. Creach; sister, Edith Mae Fernandez. She is survived by her son, Rocky Williamson, Fort Meade, FL; daughter, Kareen Jackson and husband Gene, Fort Meade, FL; brothers, Hollis Creach, Franklin Creach and A.L. Creach; one grand-daughter, Natasha Porterfield. Visitation will be held 9:30a.m. - 10:30 a.m., Monday, Dec. 23, 2013 at the Cornerstone Church of God, 10 S. Seminole Ave., Fort Meade. Funeral services will follow at 10:30 a.m. with Rev. John Arrowood and Rev. Tom Presley officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery, Fort Meade. Condolences may be sent to the family at
