Mrs. Patsy Ruth Ball

FORT MEADE - Mrs. Patsy Ruth Ball, 81, passed away July 4, 2015 in Lakeland, FL. Mrs. Ball was born February 21, 1934 in Meade, Kansas and has been a resident of Fort Meade for many years. She was a citrus sectionizer for Proctor & Gamble, and of the Baptist faith. Mrs. Ball was a very loving woman and her priority in life was loving and taking care of her family.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Harris Vernon Ball, and brothers, John Thomas Cline, Theodore Cline and Ronald Cline.

Mrs. Ball is survived by her sons, H. Vernon Ball, Toldeo, OH, Douglas Ball and Thomas Ball, both of Fort Meade, FL; daughter, Lisa Weems, Fort Meade, FL; brother, Jerry Cline, Archibald, OH; sister, Betty Jo Mills, Independence, MO; six grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held 5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 7, 2015 at Hancock Funeral Home, 945 East Broadway, Fort Meade, FL. Funeral services will follow at 6:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.hancockfh.com .
