Roberta Elaine Devane

FORT MEADE- Ms. Roberta Elaine DeVane, 78 passed into the presence of her Savior on Monday, June 13, 2022 at her home. Ms. DeVane was born in Searsport, Maine to the late Reverend George Forest Hustus and Mrs. Clara Ward Hustus. She remained a resident of Maine, and relocated to Fort Meade, five years ago. Her dedication and love for her family was apparent, as she served as a life-long homemaker. Her family reflects on her love for sewing, cooking, dairying and serving her Lord by reading her Bible and playing the organ. She admired her children, grandchildren and great-grandchild, they were her life.
Roberta was preceded in death by her parents, Reverend George Forest Hustus and Mrs. Clara Ward Hustus; husband, William Poole Sr.; and two grandchildren, Brandon Stutzman, Tyler Stunkard.
Survivors include; daughter, Beth Caudle (Brian); son, William Poole, Jr.; daughter, Ronda Stunkard (Matthew); grandchildren, Ryan, Brooklynn, Rhiannon, Alexis, Khristian, Zachary, Zane, Zaryn, Zian; one great-grandchild, Brynlee; and numerous siblings, friends and loved ones.
A memorial service will be held at House of Praise, 3920 Murray Road, Bowling Green, Florida on Saturday, June 18, 2022 at 3:00pm. The family will receive friends from 2:00 - 3:00pm for a visiting hour.
