FORT MEADE - Miss Wanda Lee Day, 71, passed away Thursday, March 1, 2018 in Fort Meade, FL. Miss Day was born February 3, 1947 in Plant City, FL and was a longtime resident of Fort Meade. She was a member of First Assembly of God in Fort Meade, and a 1965 graduate of Fort Meade High School.
Miss Day was preceded in death by her parents, Daniel M. Day and Illa Frances Day, and her sister, Marie Day Walker.
She is survived by her brother, Fred Day of Tennessee, and several nieces and nephews.
Private family interment was held in Evergreen Cemetery, Fort Meade, and public memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Sunday, April 8, 2018 at the First Assembly of God, 211 N.E. 8th St., Fort Meade.
