Randall McAuley

FORT MEADE - Mr. William Randall McAuley, was born May 20, 1950 in Bartow, FL and passed away September 8, 2024 at his home in Fort Meade, FL.  Randall was a lifelong resident of Fort Meade and graduated from Fort Meade High School.  In 1973, he met and later married the love of his life, Susan.  Randall was a retired welder/mechanic by trade.  He was a 50 year member of the Fort Meade Masonic Lodge, and also retired after volunteering 18 years with the Fort Meade Fire Department.  

Randall was preceded in death by his father, Sam W. McAuley and his mother, Martha B. McAuley.

He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Susan Knight McAuley; his daughter, Cynthia McAuley Overman and husband, Mark; sisters, Bonny McAuley Maxwell, April McAuley Stokes and husband Tommy; and his brother, Joe McAuley; two grandchildren, Sanders Overman and Dr. Alyson Overman; and many nieces and nephews.  

The family will hold a celebration of life at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, November 29, 2024 at the Fort Meade Masonic Lodge.
